Chief of Staff
A Foundation Built on Growth
Kelly's story is one of continuous learning, adaptability, and earning the trust to take on increasingly strategic responsibilities. She began her career in hands-on roles, working in manufacturing, customer service, property management, and entrepreneurship before developing a passion for leadership, business operations, and organizational development.
Kelly's leadership perspective has been shaped by experiences across entrepreneurship, sales leadership, business operations, and executive support. Her career has taken her from frontline roles to partnering with senior leaders, providing a well-rounded understanding of the people, processes, and decisions that drive successful organizations.
Throughout that journey, she earned increasing responsibility by building trust, remaining adaptable, and consistently delivering on her commitments. Today, as Chief of Staff at MTA360, she partners directly with Founder & CEO Jack Nagy to help shape the company's next chapter through enterprise strategy, executive planning, brand development, and key strategic initiatives.
Committed to lifelong learning, Kelly continued advancing her education throughout her career, earning degrees in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership & Communications, an MBA, and a Juris Master focused on Risk Management, Contracts, and Compliance. Leadership Philosophy
Leadership isn’t defined by a title. It’s earned through trust, strengthened through service, and demonstrated by the ability to turn vision into meaningful results.
Every initiative should support a larger vision — growth is most meaningful when intentional and aligned with the organization’s mission.
Leadership is about bringing structure to complexity and helping teams move forward with confidence.
The strongest leaders remove obstacles, empower others, and create the conditions for people to succeed.
Every experience has value. Continuous learning and curiosity create better leaders and stronger organizations.
Transformation means respecting the past, strengthening the present, and creating what’s next.
“The most rewarding work isn’t maintaining what’s already been built — it’s creating what comes next.”
